Red Rock Hotel Penang - George Town

This place offers a breakfast with butter, cereal, and jam, features spacious rooms, and boasts a fantastic location close to a cafe and a dinner spot at Ah Soon Kor Har Mee.

We really enjoyed beautifully decorated and brand-new rooms and good food.

Perfectly fine hotel, the staff were all excellent and hospitable and the location was strategic to many Penang's Hawker eateries. Location: the property was very close to Komtar bus station and the Chowrasta market as well as Komtar, the hub of Penang. Had nice dainties at Soul Cafe, located right next to the hotel.

Hotel's location was great, near to mall that is good for doin shopping.

The property is excellent, with courteous staff who took my request. the location is marvellous, minutes from Nagore Square. It's nestled in a nice building close enough to surrounding areas and Time Square shopping centers.

The staff at the Red Rock Hotel Penang in George Town were extremely friendly and helpful, taking my requests with a smile. the hotel's location is ideal for exploring George Town, as it is close to attractions like the night market on Jalan Macalister, Komtar bus station, and Chowrasta market.

This hotel is conveniently located near a mall, making it a great choice for those looking to do some shopping during their stay. Additionally, it is located near several eateries and the Komtar shopping centre, providing guests with plenty of options for dining and entertainment. The staff at this hotel are friendly and attentive, ensuring that guests feel well taken care of during their stay. The basic amenities in the rooms are satisfactory, with everything in good working condition. Lastly, having breakfast included is a definite plus, especially for those who like to start their day with a hearty meal.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying the area, close to shopping malls, churches, eateries, Komtar Shopping Center, and tourist attractions. Got a twin/double room with a bathroom and mini fridge, just as expected. - the location was comfortable, and free parking was available on-site.

The hotel offers good value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is great, with a nearby mall for shopping and easy access to the Komtar shopping centre. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities are satisfactory. The rooms are in good condition and have Wi-Fi access, except for the outdated television. Breakfast is included and starts early at 6:45am.

The hotel could improve on finding Muslim restaurants and addressing the dirty walls.

The location was convenient, with easy access to Komtar shopping centre and Dr Sun Yut Sen's memorial centre. The staff provided basic amenities and the rooms were in satisfactory condition, with the added bonus of a bathtub. Breakfast was included in the stay, and it was served early in the morning at 6:45am.

All aspects of the stay were satisfactory.

The hotel's facilities are brand new, large and comfy rooms with a nice front view. The crew and staff were helpful and polite. Plenty of parking space available. Convenient shop near the front desk.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The location was convenient, situated near several Heritage sites, including the Dr Sun Yut Sen Memorial Centre and Muzium Negeri Pulau Pinang. The hotel staff were polite, friendly, and helpful, making our stay even more pleasant. there was ample parking for hotel guests and a nearby convenience shop for last-minute necessities.

Everything great, no complaints.

I was actually surprised by the service provided by one of the staff members named Rajoo. As I was on crutches, he immediately brought out a wheelchair and even provided a chair for the shower. The convenience of the hotel's location, close to famous hawkers and biscuit shops, was another highlight. I would highly recommend this hotel for its really good service and convenient location.

Had a great business trip with loved ones. the breakfast was complimentary and we loved the freshly baked pastries. the location was convenient, making it easy to visit nearby attractions. What stood out was the own free parking service that saved us the hassle of finding a spot on the street.

The cleaning service could have been better. Found some areas missed in the cleaning process.

Central location and walking distance to great food options. , had access to reserved parking which was convenient.

Terrible Wi-Fi connection that was slow and choppy.

As a family with two small kids, we were pleasantly surprised by the great location of the hotel, just a short walk away from George Town's sites and amazing street food options. We enjoyed the spacious and well-furnished room and bathroom, which was equipped with all the necessary amenities. the staff provided excellent service, and the buffet breakfast had a great selection of continental and Asian options. the hotel had a clean and well-maintained pool with a lovely view.

The air conditioning in the lobby was set too low, making the common area uncomfortably cold at times.
